The Base Membership is our gym’s OG training program. It’s tried, tested and proven to achieve great results.

This effective program combines our signature fast, fun and varied group fitness conditioning sessions with unrivalled support from our community of coaches and members.

Our Sweat sessions are fast paced, coach-led group workouts designed to build fitness and to get a proper sweat on. With sessions every day, all at sensible times to fit around your lifestyle, these full body sessions offer variety and are guaranteed to build that base from the ground up to get you fit, fast.

 

GET OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT

All members have the option to start on our Foundations Program - a 4 week introduction designed to help with confidence, pre new gym anxiety and get you ready to hit the ground running in our main sessions. We’ll guide you round the gym, discuss your training goals and coach you through the program so you can hit the ground running.

 

THE SUPPORT YOU NEED

At Sweat Shed, you’ll train alongside like-minded individuals all working hard to achieve their goals. Our coaches make sure you’re supported in your training, and our friendly members community will help keep you accountable, motivated and consistent.

 
 

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND METRIC TRACKING

Our coaching promotes a balanced lifestyle and we can teach you how to get your nutrition in order to support your goals.

We run sessions everyday, usually multiple times a day, so you’re bound to find at least one slot that works for you.
