Our Sweat sessions are fast paced, coach-led group workouts designed to build fitness and to get a proper sweat on. With sessions every day, all at sensible times to fit around your lifestyle, these full body sessions offer variety and are guaranteed to build that base from the ground up to get you fit, fast.
GET OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT
All members have the option to start on our Foundations Program - a 4 week introduction designed to help with confidence, pre new gym anxiety and get you ready to hit the ground running in our main sessions. We’ll guide you round the gym, discuss your training goals and coach you through the program so you can hit the ground running.

Our Sweat sessions are 45 minutes long. We have 60 minute long sessions over the weekend.

Each week you will use our booking app, Mindbody, to book on to the sessions that work best for your schedule that week.
You can chop and change as much as you need to, so that you can attend as many sessions as possible.

Our Strong sessions in our Build Program are incredibly similar to personal training sessions, in terms of individualistic coaching in an intimate environment.

Our most recent home is on the second floor of Houldsworth Mill in Reddish, Stockport, SK5 6DA.

To the front of the mill there is ample free street parking and to the rear we also have a huge free car park.
Parking has not once been an issue for a member in the entire time we have been located at Houldsworth Mill.

We have spacious separate changing rooms for both men and women. Both complete with showers, mirrors and hair dryers.
